Synektik showed record financial results. "This is a breakthrough year for us"

The Synektik Group’s revenues in the first half of the 2024/25 fiscal year (from October 2024 to the end of March 2025) amounted to PLN 327.8 million, compared to PLN 359 million in the same period last year.

During this time, net profit attributable to the parent company amounted to PLN 47.6 million, compared to PLN 46.9 million a year ago.

The 2024 financial year is a breakthrough for the Synektik group, both in the corporate and business areas. In the first half, we started operations in the Baltic countries, paid a record dividend of over PLN 70 million and began work on the division of the group. At the same time, we implemented a plan for dynamic business development, which resulted in record financial results - said in a commentary the founder and president of Synektik, Cezary Kozanecki.

- We can already assume that the second half of the year will be both extremely busy and successful in terms of business, especially in the segment of medical equipment and service delivery. We are active participants in the accelerating process of modernization of the Polish healthcare system. (...) We entered the second half of the year with over PLN 220 million of open medical equipment sales projects , and the total sales potential of the Group for the next dozen or so months is definitely even several times higher - added Kozanecki.

In March, the company's board decided to begin preparations for the division of the group. As part of this process, research and development activities, including research on new radiopharmaceuticals together with the cardiomarker project, will ultimately be separated and transferred to a new company, which will be introduced to the stock exchange.

The company's main shareholders are Melhus Company Ltd (24.00%), Książek Holding (16.13%) and OFE Nationale-Nederlanden (7.31%). Synektit has been listed on the stock exchange since October 2013.
